WellKids and WellParents Program

The American Heart Association released a shocking and sad report this year that states that for the first time in our nation’s history, our kids will be sicker and die younger than our current generation. 1 in 3 children in our nation are clinically obese. Staggering numbers of our kids are sick with obesity related complications and diseases that just shouldn’t be happening!

It’s up to US to take responsibility and become conscious and be the solution our kids need to stop this insanity from happening and give them the chance at regaining perfect health and the peak potential to achieve a better future. Kids, more than ever, need our help to learn how to have a foundation that supports them in having perfect health, the right nutrition, weight and energy management and empowering time management skills.

We’ve designed a program that makes it cool for kids to learn how to navigate past the peer pressure and truly thrive with nutrition, stress management, life and wellness coaching. As parents, we are the role models for their success in life. It’s up to us to learn how to be the example and set the foundation for them to elevate their self-esteem and self-confidence so they live a life that matters, and makes a difference in our future.
